The Lake House has been created especially for out-of-town small conferences and business meetings. The venue can cater for simultaneous seminars, training sessions, product launches or any kind of public or private reception.

The Lake House conference team are experts in the fine details associated with a well run corporate event - partner programmes are their specialty, refreshing cuisine - designed to maintain intellectual stimulus - their absolute forte.

Whether you choose to come together at the Lake House for an hour or for few days, the Lake House will provide you with a refreshingly stimulating environment in which to plan, persuade or promote your objectives.

Lake House Details

The three function rooms at the Lake House vary in size and seating configuration depending upon your objectives. Internet connection is available with screen projection.

The Lake House can comfortably cater for theatre set up, classroom set-up, banquet or for cocktails.

Additionally there are two meeting rooms available, boardroom seating of 25 people.

Group Menus for Lunch and Dinner

We have Group menus for groups of 15 or more people (which offer a discount from the A la Carte and enable us to offer efficient service to your group and other diners).

Group menus ensure everyone eats the same courses, at the same time.

Menus may be tailor made to suit groups' requirements on request.

Private Dining Rooms at the Lake House Restaurant, Cafe and Bar

Please feel free to drop in and look around, or make a time for our Duty Manager to give you a guided tour and discuss seating options. You may have a preference for a particular room at the Lake House. As always, we aim to satisfy our customers and we will do our best to satisfy your request. At very busy times, with lots of groups, we may not be able to guarantee a particular room due to logistics involved in organizing groups according to numbers and room sizes.

Dietary Requirements

Please let us know of you or your guests dietary requirements prior to your event.

Music

The Lake House Restaurant provides background music. Acoustic live music is welcome - please no amplifiers.

Final confirmation

Final details for confirmed numbers of guests, seating arrangements, beverage selection need to be received at least 10 days prior to your booked event. This is the number that will be prepared for and charged for.

Payment

Your account is required to be paid, at the conclusion of the function by cash or credit card unless prior arrangements have been made.
